Pricing you can read.
Every order is charged on its own, at your account’s price, and shows its total before you place it. Nothing is blended into a number nobody can explain: the product, each fee and shipping sit on their own lines.
- Your price first. On every item, before you order.
- Every line itemized. Product, fees and shipping.
- Checked before charged. No charge until the order passes its checks.
At a glance.
You pay per order, at your account’s price, and every order shows its total before you place it. Nothing is blended: the product, each fee and shipping sit on their own line.
- Your account’s price on every item, before you order
- Every order itemized: each item, shipping & handling, and the total
- Quantity pricing on office-use supply, and free delivery on office-use orders of $500 or more paid by bank (ACH)
- Pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card at checkout
- Your rates set with you during setup
What an order costs, line by line.
This is the shape of every order total. Your rates are set with you during setup; the lines never change shape.
- Each item
- At your account’s price for the medication, shown before you order. Nothing is added to the item itself.
- Shipping & handling
- One line per order: the shipping option picked at checkout, our service fee for the order, and for a prescription the pharmacy’s handling. Shown before you order.
- Order total
- Shown before the prescriber signs, or before you place an office-use order.
How each kind of order is priced.
The same rule everywhere: your price, itemized, before you commit.
Patient prescriptions
Priced for the patient’s ship-to state. The prescriber sees the whole total on the review panel before signing.
Office-use supply
Quantity pricing at each tier, and a firm total with shipping before you place the order. Shipping is free on office-use orders with a product subtotal of $500 or more paid by bank (ACH); an order paid by card pays its shipping.
Labs
Each test at your account’s price, with the order’s total on the quote before it is placed.
How you pay.
Pay by bank transfer (ACH) where checkout offers it, or with the card on file for your clinic, after the order’s checks pass. A bank-paid order is released once the payment clears, and every payment sits on the order it paid for.
Bank transfer or card
Choose bank transfer (ACH) or your card on file at checkout. Your clinic keeps a card on file either way: a returned bank payment on an order already sent is charged to it.
Billing has its own role
A billing user manages the card and pays for orders without being able to write a prescription.
Prices are versioned
Every change to an account’s price is recorded: who, when, from what, to what, and why.
Pricing questions.
How does pricing work?
You pay per order at your account’s price, which you see before you order. Each order shows each item at its price, then shipping and handling, which includes our service fee and any handling charge, and the total. Your rates are set with you during setup.
Do the prices include shipping?
Catalog prices show the product total and list shipping options separately; shipping and any order-level charges are added at checkout, before you pay.
How is a charge recorded?
Behind every charge, the medication, fees, fulfillment and shipping are each recorded as their own line that cannot be edited, and the payment is exactly the sum of those lines.
When is the card charged?
An order paid by card is charged to the card on file for your clinic when it is placed, after its checks pass. Nothing is charged on an order that does not pass them.
How do refunds work?
A card refund goes back to the same card, and every payment sits on the order it paid for.
Can someone pay for orders without being able to prescribe?
Yes. A billing user manages the card and pays for orders without being able to write a prescription.
