- Fees and prices
Fee and clinic-price configuration is admin-adjustable and fully versioned — who changed it, when, from what, to what, and why. A defensible fee is a documented fee.
- Access is opt-in
A clinic sees a pharmacy only when the parent has enabled it. There is no inherited-open default, and a missing row means no.
- Margin stays yours
Pharmacy cost and margin are readable only by the narrowest role in the system. A clinic session is margin-blind in the database, not by convention.
- An ops desk, on purpose
Where a pharmacy has no API, a named staffer places the order in the Ops Console and records the confirmation. It runs the identical state machine and writes the identical audit — a script never leaves the system to be worked “on the side.”

Prescriptions are written under the clinic’s own NPI and state licensure. No TrueEval provider is ever enrolled at a pharmacy on your behalf — the database refuses it.
What we claim about a prescriber is exactly what we do: NPI-validated and clinic-attested. We do not offer live license verification, and we do not describe it as something it is not.
